This peaceful, 100-acre organic farm in Diamante Valley with its iconic waterfalls, is off-grid and totally self-sufficient. It is equipped with the resources needed to thrive for years to come. The land boasts of agricultural opportunity with 1200 fruit trees (1,000 of them producing cocoa), cultivated land, two greenhouses, and an independent, quality water infrastructure offering fresh spring water. The land is set up for short and long-term stays with two rustic cabins including a wood-burning sauna, two rental houses, and a main farmhouse. Three of the structures have independent solar systems. The main farmhouse is powered by a high-capacity combo of hydro and solar. Near the farmhouse is a processing space that has been used for making chocolate.
